| Customer Reviews: review of drilling technology bk July 25, 2010 chasgui good basic book. Was written 10 years ago--may not be completely up to date but no other book available.
A very good book October 9, 2009 Houtan Sadeghi (UK) This is a good book.
For those who are new to the topic. It is best if they find as much basic information of the internet and then read this book. The book also refers to a very good website called [...] which is full of useful information on the topic.
could use a good proofreadin' February 15, 2004 M. Moran (Glenview, IL United States) 12 out of 13 found this review helpful
The book explained the field well, but it referred, more than once, to a non-existant 'further reading' section. It also referred to a list of acronyms, supposedly containted within, which wasn't in the book either. It could really use an editor.Diagrams were great, so were the pictures. It certainly did its job...but maybe not worth $60 plus.
